Todays SkyBet “Soccer Saturday Price Boost” is a 6/1 boost from 4/1 that Chelsea Bournemouth and Burnley will all win.
Chelsea are hosting Southampton today and are 2/5 to win. Looking at the form table from the last 6 games Chelsea have accumulated 13 points to Southampton’s 4. These 4 points however are from draws 2 of which were against the two Manchester sides which could be a worry. Historically Chelsea have won 9 of the 18 games between these two sides and the last two meetings were both score draws. Chelsea last won against Southampton in Oct 2019 winning 4-1 away but in December of the same year Southampton beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge 2-0. In Chelsea’s favour though 3-0 wins over both Aston Villa and Crystal palace this season at home has only been marred by Manchester City denying them a 100% home win record.
Bournemouth are at home to Sheffield Utd who’s away record this season features just 1 win when they travelled to Hull City who, at present are second from bottom in the champions league. Bournemouth at home have yet to lose winning 3 out of the 5 home games played. 2-1 wins against QPR and Luton Town and a 3-0 win against Barnsley make up 7 of the 11 home goals scored this season whereas Sheffields ability to score when travelling amount to just 3 and that was in the aforementioned game v Hull City.
Burnley are at home as well today and host Norwich City who are having a shocking start to the 21/22 season losing every game so far both home and away. Thier inability to score away is only just overshadowed by Burnley’s 2 home goals. This game is most definitely the dodgy one of the three but hope for a half time cash-out is possible as all three teams could be winning after 45 minutes if previous first halves are anything to go by
Not betting any real money on this but will be using one of my free Β£5.00 bets from Skybet on this

Todays SSPB from SkyBet has Leicester, Everton, and Sheffield United all to win at a boosted price of 5/1 from 3/1
Leicester City are hosting Burnley and are currently mid table, looking for a 3 pointer to boost them up the table The last 2 home games have seen them hold Manchester City to just a 1 goal defeat and a 1-0 win against Wolves. Burnley have yet to win an away game and after losing to both Merseyside sides. Leicester have won 4 out of their last 6 meetings at home against Burnley with this fixture last season ending 4-2.
Verdict: Leicester win
Everton are playing Norwich City at Home and have a 100% record here this season. Winning both games this season 3-1 against Southampton and Burnley they are currently 6th in the league on 10 pts with the top three sides on 13 each. Norwich City have yet to score away this season and have lost both of their away games 1-0 and 5-0 against Arsenal and Man City resepectfully. In fact they have yet to win.
Verdict: Everton Win
The final game in this boosted treble is a bit more tricky and takes us to the championship where Sheffield Utd host Derby County. Having won just 1 game at home this season they have a bit of a mixed bag of results when playing on home soil. With the Yorkshire side being unbeaten this season in the last 4 games (Home and Away) and the fact that they have scored a total of 9 goals at home so far this season to Derby’s 2 away goals from 4 games it would seem a home win is on the cards.
Verdict: Tentertive Sheffield Utd win.
I am going to back this boost with the free Β£5.00 bet which SKYBET is giving away for any cash bet on the Chelsea game this lunchtime against Manchester City.
N.B. you must opt-in to the offer to receive the free bet but a bet of as little as 5p will secure your free bet.
It would be unfair to not mention that there is also a Sheffield “Draw” option to this boost and is priced at 11/1 I will also be using one of my other free bets on this option as well

As well as backing to lay and DObing information that can be taken from the in-running trading tool there is a whole host of information and form about every runner that day – each day. This post is about selecting the “Winners” for todays ITV7
First race on the card is 13:50 Newmarket

You can see from the screenshot above that there are 7 runners in this race and the forecast favourite is Masekela ridden by Oisin Murphy In the Following Screenshot I have expanded the details of this horse to reveal all of its previous runs (which in this case is just 4)

The information which I deem valuable in this is has the horse had any success over the distance run to day and at the course in question. I know that this information is included at a glance in the racecard provided by the bookies or racing press but this is just a “D” or “CD” entry you then have to go and find the races, going, and jockey on a different page. The In-Running Trading Tool has it all in one place as you can see from the screenshot above
In the expanded section you can see that Murphy has ridden 3 times, the horse has never run over a mile distance, It has won twice over various track conditions and distance. The Newmarket run in July has a note of interest and next stop is the sporting life website to access the race archives and watch the race as I suspect that looking at this Masekela was only beaten by a head and may have won given another furlong. (look at the in play low price I dont think that it was leading but some worried traders might have thought it was close.
Newmarket 3:15 10 July 2021 race results
If you click the link above it will take you to the Sporting Life results page for that race and you will be able to watch the race (You will need a free account but because it is part of the SKYBET group you can log in using your sky bet log in details)
Next stop is http://www.horseracing.net to see how many times the horse has been tipped and/or napped

It has been tipped 6 times and napped once
I have don this for all 7 races and these are my results
The ITV 7 is free to enter and you dont need to place a bet but you can win I have also created a league which is free to join and the link is

Each week, as well as the free fives game run by VirginBet they also do something that they call Team Fives Weekly, and basically it is the top 5 strikers of the week and a selection of bets associated with these players in terms of goals scored or shots on target.
This weeks 5 are
Aubameyang
Lukaku
Ronaldo
Vardy
Watkins
The page is difficult to find so I recommend clicking the link above.
The bets on the page are
All 5 to score at odds of 80/1 (81.00)
All 5 to have 1 or more shots on Target 19/10 (2.90)
Over 1.5 GOALS combined 3/10 (1.30)
Over 2.5 GOALS combined 10/11 (1.90)
Over 3.5 GOALS combined 9/4 (3.25)
Over 4.5 SHOTS on Target combined 1/16 (1.06)
Over 5.5 SHOTS on Target combined 2/13 (1.15)
Over 6.5 SHOTS on Target combined 1/3 (1.33)

These then are the 5. My initial thoughts are that both Ronaldo and Aubameyang should score at least 1 each and this bares out the low odds offered. The only player not to score this season so far is Watkins and against Everton this might stay. The big London derby between Spurs and Chelsea also casts doubt over Lukaku making the scoresheet. Vardy is Vardy and if he has it in his mind to score he most probably will and against Brighton I wouldnt bet against it happening
I will be putting a small bet onto over 2.5 goals at 1.90 hoping Ronaldo will bag at least 2 leaving the rest to score just 1 between them.
Good Luck in whatever you decide and please gamble responsibly.

Is this a good bet or not?
Aldershot, currently 2nd from the bottom, are hosting Yeovil today and both teams are going into this game winless Aldershots only home game this season so far ended 0-1. Of the past 4 times these two sides have met Aldershot have won just one. Yeovil have won 2 – convincingly, and the other game ended 2-2. Aldershot have yet to break their scoring duck this season and the stats suggest that Yeovil with 1 goal in 1 game and that one being early only conceding 2 in the latter half of the second half might suggest a 1-1 draw at best for Aldershot.
Southend are playing away at Wealdstone and an away victory at Kings Lynn will likely boost confidence after losing at home to Stockport last time out. With just 1 goal each this season but a win for Southend so far this season might just give them the edge.
The last game in this treble sees an inform Chesterfield away at Kings Lynn in the game that is most likely to be a winning leg which means of course that it will be the only leg that loses in this topsy turvey sport. 2 wins and equal on points at the top of the league, Chesterfield have a great opportunity to overtake Dagenham to take top spot outright.
The win odds for these three teams are as follows
Aldershot 2.1
Chesterfield 1.95
Southend 1.73
Given the boosted odds of 9.0 the implied probability of this treble winning is just 11.11% making the probability of it losing 88.89%
Good luck in whatever you decide to do
Please gamble responsibly and in my opinion this would not be a responsible bet

With the Premier League back in action this weekend the bookies are eager to make more profit off the unsuspecting punter and today’s focus is on the ever greedy Ladbrokes and their Premier League Treble.
Leicester are at home to Wolves this afternoon and with fans being allowed back into stadiums the home side advantage must be taken into consideration and with each new season brings the uncertainty of lack of stats. Looking at last season’s last 5 games for these teams Leicester won 3 out of the 5 with 2 being away to Man Utd and Chelsea with the other win at home against the mighty Man City. These two sides last met on 8 Nov where the winning goal was a 15th minute penalty by Vardy. Wolverhampton are full of uncertainty with a new manager in the saddle and a tentative vote on the side of Leicester goes to this Match.
The next game in the treble is the newly promoted Watford hosting Aston Villa and who would have thought Brentford would have given Arsenal a spanking last night, could the same happen this afternoon with these two teams? I have Traore in my VirginBet fives team and really hope he scores a hat-trick. Watford scored in every home game last season bar one which was against Cardiff in December. Aston Villa, last season, came out on a winning mission being victorious in all four of their opening games scoring a total of 12 goals. Home side advantage may play a part in this game but on previous goal scoring ability and the loss of Grealish to Man City not withstanding another tentative vote goes to Aston Villa.
Brighton travel to Burnley today and this it would seem is likely to be the bogey match. Winning just 5 away games last season their start to the 20/21 season did not inspire confidence. This fixture in February ended 1-1 and ended goalless in their previous meeting to that. perhaps 2-2 might be a progressive step as home advantage with a full ground today may make the difference. Both of these sides were in danger of sinking into the Championship last season and my vote goes to a score draw
As with all these trebles better odds may be found elsewhere and the same odds can be got on smarkets and Betfair sportbook is offering 9.5 (17/2) unboosted.
This treble is a tricky one as there is no real recent form to reference and with all things being equal a max stake bet is out of the question but a sneaky quid may well be acceptable
Good luck with whatever you decide to do and please gamble responsibly

William Hill Boast “Nothing Beats William Hill when it comes to betting on football”
This I suppose can be taken in different contexts and being a devout cynic of bookmakers in general I tend to be suspicious when they offer such low odds (4.33) on such a preposterous bet – England to concede to the Ukraine – never have I heard such a thing.!!! but this is what you are betting on in effect.
Let’s have a look at the stats for the first of these games today
Czech Republic v Denmark
In their 4 previous games, Czech Republic has kept 2 clean sheets against Scotland and Netherlands winning both games 2-0. Denmark has on the other hand only 1 clean sheet. The Czech Republic has scored 5 goals in the tournament so far. Patrik Schik has 4 of these goals for the Czech Republic and could well be worth a punt at the Golden Boot. Denmark and Spain have scored the most goals this competition with 9 to their name in the normal 90 minutes of a game so this part of the bet may well see each team scoring in 90 minutes (BTTS odds with WH are 2.05! 2.14 are available on SBK (Smarkets Sportsbook))
Ukraine V England Kickoff at 8pm tonight and William Hill are offering odds of 2.25 for BTTS making a BTTS double 4.61!!! This is bigger than their boosted bet – Is it any wonder bookies are not trusted pillars of the community!!
England go into this game with a 100% clean sheet record and while 2-0 has been Englands biggest tally of goals in a game this bet is all about keeping the ball out of the net as far as William Hill are concerned. Ukraine have conceded goals in each of their Euro games and failing to score once against Austria.
In my humble opinion 3 out of these 4 teams will score but duty binds me not to bet on The Ukraine shattering England’s Clean sheet record but If you were to back this a BTTS double pays more than the boosted bet, and they are the same bet!!
Good Luck in what you decide.

This price has been boosted to 4.33 from 4.00 – not very generous really but that’s #Ladbrokes for you. Anyway lets have a look at what chance there is that this bet will pay.
Manchester City have only scored 3 goals when playing away in the first 15 minutes of play. Newcastle have actually scored 4 in the same timeframe when at home. this is not looking like a good bet!
The 3 goals that Man City did score when playing away were
Arsenal 21st Feb -2 mins and that was the first and last goal
Burnley 3rd Feb – 3 mins – final score 0-2
West Brom 26th Jan – 6 mins – Final score 0-5
Newcastle have conceded 4 goals in the first 15 minutes 1 penalty,1 own Goal and 2 regular run of the mill.
Manchester City’s average goal time is 43 mins (N.B. This is NOT average time of first goal)
A safer bet might be that Man City will be leading at Half-Time as they have scored 18 goals in the first half playing away and only conceded 4!
Shame on you #Ladbrokes this bet should be boosted by a lot more than 0.33

This treble has been boosted from 5.0 to 7.5! A quick look over the odds available for the individual games sees that Man Utd are 2.5 for the win! The other 2 are odds on.
As Man Utd are first on the list I will have a look at them first. If Manchester Utd win they will cut Manchester City’s lead in the premiership down to 11 pts after they lost to Leeds Utd yesterday and united will still have a game in hand. This game is however sharpened at the other end as well as Tottenham at home will be looking to go level on points with Liverpool to try and get a toe in the door of the Champions League places. Manchester Utd’s recent away form is a cause for concern as they have drawn in 3 of their last 4 away games only showing some promise after their 2-0 away win at the Etihad stadium. Tottenham, on the other hand, have won their last 3 home games convincingly albeit against teams lower in the league, only allowing a single goal against Chelsea to spoil a full house! While early goal specialists Tottenham may take the lead Manchester Utd have come from behind too many times to be ignored. This game is a definite “Both Teams To Score” Candidate but recent form casts doubt on an away win as the odds reflect.
The second game in this treble is the away fixture for Arsenal at Sheffield Utd. While the odds of 1.6 lean heavily in favour of Arsenal they have recently drawn against Burnley in what should have been 3 points for the North London side. But we are talking about Sheffield here and their recent form is just dreadful. In 15 games Sheffield Utd have Lost to Nil 6 times and conceding in 87% of their home games! Arsenal have failed to score in just 27% of their away games actually scoring 22 times in 15 away matches. There have been over 1.5 goals scored in 5 of Arsenals’ last 6 away games before halftime. A fact worth noting.
In the final game in this boosted treble Lyon are hosting mid-table Angers and a win would lift them 3rd place if Monaco lose to Dijon (not a likely prospect) Both Lyon and Monaco are in contention for the third round Champions League qualifying round and Lyon have still to play Monaco away and Lille at home so 3 points today will be vital. Angers however are not without strengths and away victories against Lille and Lens show that they still have the ability and have not conceded any goals in their last 3 away games.
I wish you luck in whatever you decide
